How to Change With Us

1. Use our intuitive online booking system to book a date / time that suits you.

2. Tell us what currency and how much of that currency you need (eg. AUD).

3. Give us some basic contact details so we could contact you if required.

4. Make a $10 AUD deposit (Fully deducted from your final balance) to confirm your appointment. We will send you a notification reminder to collect your currency. We guarantee that if you have made a booking, we will be there at your nominated time with the currency you asked for.

5. Simply use your credit card OR Paypal account to place the deposit. We accept any credit card online. The balance is payable in cash on the day of your collection.

* What if I prefer not to place deposit online? Can I still change with Value Currency Exchange? *

The answer is absolutely YES. What you can do is to use our online booking system to check the times when we WILL be there (ie. timeslots that has already greyed out indicates the times when we WILL be there). Come in at the same time and change with us. That way you don’t have to place any deposit. However, there are 2 things that we are unable to guarantee for you if you didn’t pay a deposit. First we are unable to guarantee that we have enough of your required currency on the day. Secondly you are unable to nominate your pick up time.
